1.
Membership System
After many months of hard work Activity
Exchange has a Membership System
You can now record all the details of
your members in Activity Exchange which opens up many more features and
opportunities.
Every Club is different and to cater for all Clubs the
system has been built to be quite sophisticated and flexible. You can choose
which items of data you want to hold for your members and you can setup a number
of parameters or variables such as what your Clubs Membership Rates
are.
You can find out more here
http://ActivityExchange.com/MembershipSystem.asp
2.
Renewals Online
If your Club uses the new Membership System and
you use PayPal your members can Renew their membership online.
This is
obviously very quick and simple for the Member and massively reduces the admin
burden for your club.
Check it out here

3.
Profile Improvements
The Profile feature has been expanded so it
supports all the new data items introduced with the Membership
System.
This means that your Members can easily see what information your
Club holds on them. This is great for complying with the Data Protection Act and
also of course builds your members confidence in you.
Many of the items
your Members can change themselves which is self-service for the Members and
zero admin effort for the Club.
You can see more about the Profile
feature here

4.
Immediate Backups
For the safety and security of your Clubs data,
Activity Exchange has long had a feature of automatically, Weekly by default,
sending Backups to your Club of all your Activities and all your Person Data.
This means that if Activity Exchange was to disappear one day your data would be
safe (Activity Exchange has been running for 12 years now and has no intention
of disappearing).
More information about Backups here
http://ActivityExchange.com/ActivityBackupEmail.asp
http://ActivityExchange.com/PersonBackupEmail.asp
These
Backups are very useful but they do not allow you to get hold of a current copy
of the data so you can do some offline processing of it.
For a while now
this has been possible with the Activity Data, specifically targeted at Bulletin
Production.
More here
http://ActivityExchange.com/DiaryProduction.asp
You
can now do this with your Clubs Person data. This means you can download all
your Members data on request and use it for whatever offline processing you
want. This is quite safe - the data is encrypted and only goes to the same
people who get the, normally Weekly, Person Backup.

5.
Bulletin Labels
Activity Exchange can now produce on demand
Bulletin Labels for you to print.
They come in a variety of formats
including as a PDF in up to three different popular label types.
You can
even have them sent to whoever prints your Bulletin as a regular scheduled email
- with a count of how many Bulletins you want.
