The club will be of interest to all who have an interest in European Languages and Cultures. Each month we hold events in French, German, Italian, Spanish and English for native speakers and those who speak the language to at least a conversational level.
Events are regularly held in Reading, Maidenhead, Newbury and Wokingham and we actively encourage those who would like to hold events in other languages and in other parts of Berkshire and areas nearby.

Speakers of Eastern European languages and minority languages are welcome to join in the English Language and the social events
During the past year we have also organised boat parties, weekends on the Thames and a Christmas Party. In the summer there are also regular cycle rides and walks.
You are welcome to come along to one of the Public events listed in the calendar. Regular visitors will be invited to join and there is a annual membership of £10. There are some 150 members of the club drawn from the UK, Europe and further afield.
