One of over 742 U3As in the UK we were established in 2008, and now have about over 200 members.
We offer a wide variety of Study, Discussion, Activity and Social Groups for members in their 'Third Age', that of retirement.
Areas covered are Windsor and Slough, and their immediate areas.
We hold open Monthly Meetings with guest speakers and many study group meetings, including:
Classical Music, Musical Theatre, Opera and Art Appreciation, History, Local History and Family History,
Lunch Club, trips to galleries and Outings to other towns, historic houses etc,
French and German Conversation groups and Italian Studies,
Current Affairs, Modern Ethics and Philosophy,
Card & Board Games (Chess, Mahjong), Book Reading, Film group and Crafty Hands,
Walking Group and Gardening: something for everybody!
