You can have Personal and Official Email Addresses with Activity Exchange. Q. What is a Personal Email Address in Activity Exchange? A. Activity Exchange allows each Person to have an Activity Exchange Email Address such as bob.MyClub@ActivityExchange.com. Q. What is an Official Email Address in Activity Exchange? A. Activity Exchange allows each Person to have an Official or Job based Activity Exchange Email Address such as Chairman.MyClub@ActivityExchange.com. Q. What are the advantages of Personal Email Addresses? A. They allows every person in your Club to have their own personal email address which they can give out freely and which shows them as a member of the Club. Q. What are the advantages of Official Email Addresses? A. They allows every person doing a job in your Club to have their own job based email address which they can give out freely and which shows them as acting on behalf of the Club. It shows a more businesslike approach. The email address can move to the next person who does that job. Q. How can this be set up? A. Simply go to the relevant Person record and enter the Mailbox name or names you want. Q. Can I use my own Email Domain so I can have email addresses like activities@MyClub.org.uk? A. Yes you can.
