Activity Exchange can hold a list of people for your club.

This can be used for holding a list of club officials and their details or for holding the details of all your members and other people who are not members of your club. It can hold obvious information like Name, Phone Numbers (Home, Work and Mobile) and Email Address. It can optionally hold other information such as joining and leaving dates, class of membership and many more.

The details of each Person can be Public so that anyone can see them (normally only for Club Officers), Private so that only club members can see them or Hidden so that only the people running the club can see them. These three levels of visibility can be set individually for many items of information.

|
You can set in each Persons record which AccessCodes get sent to them each month and what sorts of other emails they get.
|
|
|

To use this feature simply go to your clubs page on Activity Exchange and click on the Add Person link.
